Pickle Getaways acts as a marketplace and is not responsible for individual host cancellation decisions.

Send a message to your host through the Pickle Getaways enquiry thread. Clearly state your reason for cancellation, your booking dates and what refund you are requesting. Ask for written confirmation of their decision.

Confirm the Outcome in Writing
Once the host responds, confirm the agreed outcome (refund amount, credit or date transfer) in the same message thread so both parties have a clear record.
