Pickle Getaways (“we”, “us” or “our”) operates an online platform that helps pickleball players discover and connect with retreat hosts, resorts, private rental properties and third-party accommodation and booking providers.

Important: Pickle Getaways acts as a marketplace and listing platform.
For host-submitted listings, when you send an enquiry through Pickle Getaways, your contact details and enquiry information are shared with the relevant host so that the host can respond.
For affiliate listings, selecting a booking link may redirect you to a third-party property or booking provider. Information collected by that third party is handled under its own privacy policy. Pickle Getaways may receive referral, click or conversion information from the relevant affiliate or booking provider.
Hosts, properties and third-party booking providers are responsible for their own privacy practices.

Depending on the relevant provider, this may include click information, referral identifiers, booking or conversion status, transaction value and commission information. We do not receive or store full payment-card details for bookings completed directly with hosts, properties or third-party booking providers.
Personal information may be held using website-hosting, email, analytics, cloud-storage and other technology service providers. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold and restrict access to people who require it for legitimate business purposes.
