The villa itself offers four bedrooms across two floors — two king en-suite master bedrooms, one queen room and one twin room — all with high-quality linen and air conditioning. Three full bathrooms. Open-plan kitchen and living area with fully equipped chef's kitchen, dining for eight, and a large covered outdoor terrace overlooking the courts and pool.
